New Children's Press to Launch in NZ

We are delighted to announce the launch of OneTree House, an exciting, lively and fiercely independent publisher and marketer of quality literature for children and young adults.
New titles will publish under the imprint OneTree House, while UnderLeaf Press will publish specialist projects.
Publishing industry stalwarts and founders Christine Dale and Jenny Nagle say:

Fancy a trip to the Auckland Writers Festival? Hachette wants to pay!

The Auckland Writers Festival is always a highlight of our year and we want to share the experience with a bookseller who wouldn’t usually get to attend.
So we’ve got a great prize up for grabs, which includes return flights to Auckland, two nights at the SkyCity Hotel (May 19 and 20) and a 10 session pass to soak up a whole range of brilliant Festival authors (full t&cs on the attached nomination form).

New Nicky Hager Book Hits Stores - Note from Potton & Burton

Nicky Hager and Jon Stephenson launched the new book Hit & Run: The New Zealand SAS in Afghanistan and the meaning of honour on Tuesday night at Unity Books Wellington and we expect media and customer interest in this title.
Due to the sensitivity surrounding the contents, we have been unable to provide pre-notification of the release and therefore we have taken the liberty of sending stock directly to stores. A letter was sent with all orders that provided terms for this title.
Details of the book have been submitted to Nielsen Book Data and will be available on their website shortly.
